“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

The worship God is talking about here is the kind of worship Jesus Christ did. Worshipping from the heart and spirit. Asking God, what is your will for my life? What would you have me do now? How should I deal with this matter? The kind of worship that is filled with action according to the instructions of God. When God says do not do this you don’t do it and when he says do this you ensure you do it.

Worship that makes serving God be like food. It is from keeping such worship in your mind, and dwelling on God’s word in your mind that will fill you with the thoughts of God. This submission in worship will help you resist the enemy and thus serve only God with all your thoughts and mind.

You shall be able to do God’s will for your life and live in it.

Remember, the things of God are opposed to the things of the world. While in the world you shall be told to love yourself above all things Jesus Christs tells you in God you shall have to love God with all your heart

 “Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’

You should not give room to your heart, mind or soul to be filled with anything rather than the voice of God. By doing what this voice and words say, you shall serve the Lord and do his will.

It is time to get the bible and start that journey of changing your mind from the things of the world to the things of God.

Remember what he says, “He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.”

If you love your life more than you love God, the enemy will definitely take advantage of that to deny you eternal life.

The way to life is through loving God. In God, we talk of love, others, God and oneself and there is need to love God above all because then we can love ourselves and others in the right way.

Remember also this verse, “For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.”

You should learn, if you are willing to do the will of God, to live not for yourself but for God. To do not your will but the will of God. This means that you must sieve your thoughts always not to be about you, but be always about God. Let God go to work in you. This is how Jesus managed to overpower the enemy, by never thinking or doing himself, but always thinking and doing God. And this is the secret, to be in constant connection with God and about his business.
